This is the core baseline for using 破蜗壳 services. You must comply with the laws of the server's location and your local jurisdiction when using our services and network bandwidth. The following activities are strictly prohibited (upon discovery, 破蜗壳 will immediately terminate services without refunds and reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement):

    • No form of network attacks (including DDoS, CC, UDP flooding, etc.).
    • No unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability probing, or password brute-forcing.
    • No sending of spam, phishing emails, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
    • No hosting of Command and Control (C&C) nodes for botnets.
  • 3.3 Resource Abuse: For shared cloud servers (VPS), users are prohibited from continuously consuming excessive CPU, disk I/O, or public bandwidth resources that disrupt other tenants on the same host node. Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited on all non-dedicated servers.
  • 3.4 Illegal Proxies: It is strictly prohibited to use 破蜗壳's global network nodes to build network proxies, bypass tools, or VPNs that violate local laws or are used for illegal cross-border data transmission.
